* Meetings booked
* Pipeline creation
* Revenue, deals, or conversions
* Sales or outbound performance improvementsResults depend on many factors outside Outbound Clinic’s control, including execution, targeting, timing, market conditions, and product-market fit.---## 4. Client ResponsibilitiesThe client is solely responsible for:* The accuracy and completeness of provided information
* Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (including sales, marketing, and privacy laws)
* Decisions on whether and how to implement recommendationsOutbound Clinic does not execute outbound activities on behalf of the client unless explicitly agreed in writing.---## 5. Payments & Refunds* All payments are due in advance, unless agreed otherwise

* Services are non-refundable once delivered
* Live sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to rescheduleMissed sessions without notice are considered delivered.---## 6.
